Watermark at Sienna Plantation is a multifamily development of 240 Class A apartment homes scheduled to be built as part of the master planned community of Sienna Plantation in Missouri City, Texas, southwest of Houston. The Watermark site consists of 10 acres located off Highway 6 in Missouri City and is the only multifamily site with visibility from that road, giving it exposure to more than 60,000 cars per day. The Watermark at Sienna Plantation features three-story garden-style apartments with surface parking and garages. It includes one-, two-, and-three bedroom apartment homes as well as some two-bedroom bedroom carriage houses. It employs an e-Urban design concept.

The Watermark site is part of the 10,500-acre mixed-use, master planned golf course community of Sienna Plantation in Fort Bend County, Texas.
