Sycamore Terrace is a "Big House" concept apartment community consisting of 11.2 acres on New Margaret Road in Terre Haute, IN. The site is near State Road 46 with easy access to I-70. Sycamore Terrace's 15 apartment buildings will feature the "Big House" concept in which apartments are designed to look and function like single-family homes. Sycamore Terrace's 178 "Class A" apartments will be one-, two- and three-bedroom units, many with attached garages. The community also will include a clubhouse and swimming pool. The project is adjacent to the Sycamore Terrace shopping center.
